Tag-It Tuesday with Video

It's Tag-It Tuesday with My Creative Time, and we are making all sorts of tags for you today!  I thought I'd make a Valentine's Day tag, trying out a technique that is new to me, using some of Emma's heart dies to emboss my tag, rather than cut it.  You can see how I did it in my video below.

Be sure to stop by Emma's blog to see what gorgeous tags she and the rest of the design team have to share with you today!

Hi Katie have to say girl that your tag absolutely rocks!! I watched your video and it rocks too!! Thanks so much for sharing all the goodness of your tag!! I love how you used all of Miss Emma's goodies and can't wait to make this tag exactly how you showed and I do have a Vagabond and I'm receiving my new release goodies today and I have everything else so I will be ready to rock 'n roll. I'll be watching your video a few times and do the pause feature as I'm setting up so thanks ever so much for making the video. You are one talented gal!

I also saw Jennifer McGuire's video on embossing die cuts without cutting them out. Great idea. Love your tag and really enjoy your videos.

Another super cool technique and awesome video too. I LOVE how it looks, I don't have an embossing mat but have needed one for a while so this may actually make me go and finally get one. BEAUTIFUL tag!!! Hugs- Glora

Super cute tag Katie! I love the embossed hearts and even though I knew how to do this, I tend to forget about it. Will have to remember to do this sometimes because I love the look it gives.

Wonderful job on your video! You can emboss using cuts or punches stacked layers a few thick. Not as crisp but fun to try. Your tag is very pretty and I might have to look for the burlap paper.

Could you please please please tell me where you got those envelopes you used to store your dies in? I have been desperately looking for something like that!
