Hello, and welcome to our "5" Days of Christmas! This week we will be sharing lots of Christmas ideas, such as cards, layouts, home decor, 3D items, and whatever else comes to mind that will let YOU get your juices flowing for the holiday! There will be a giveaway each day, and the winner will be announced the following day! You will see the different prizes each day on Emma's blog HERE! I hope we all inspire you this week!
Today I have a fun holder for multiple gift cards. I was asked to make one that could hold six, so I cut two pieces of cardstock, one at 4" x 12" and the other at 4" x 9". I scored each one at every 3", accordion folded them, and adhered them together by overlapping one panel of each.
Here's the cover. All of the patterned papers I used are from Echo Park's Season's Greetings paper pack. That seems to be the trend for me this week! The cute Santa boots were made with the My Creative Time Stitched Boot Dies. I made the banner with the Build a Banner Kit, stamped a sentiment from All Around Christmas, and added a cute little heart made with the Stitched Heart Layering Dies. Some Trendy Twine and a Pure Poppy Button from Papertrey Ink keeps it all closed up!
To make the pockets for my gift card holders, I die cut the file folder from the Stitched File Folder & Index Card Dies. I used some 1/8" Scor-Tape to adhere the sides and base together. For this one, I added a ticket made with the Stitched Fun Ticket Dies and the Holiday Tickets Stamp Set.
This pocket got some cute trees made with the dies from All Around Holidays.
I thought this ornament from Warm Holiday Fun went perfectly with the paper on this pocket!
Here I paper pieced the stocking from Warm Holiday Fun.
