The Fantabulous Cricut challenge this week is "April Showers", and you have to create a project using an umbrella or hat. This was perfect for me, as I needed to make a thank you note for my brother and sister-in-law. As part of my birthday gift, they gave me a beautiful umbrella!
I used a cut from Nate's ABCs, at 3 3/4", for my card. The base of this cut is the light blue that you see for the water. The boots would be part of this, but I wanted to make them more girly. I just cut the base again in a patterned paper and trimmed off the boots to layer on top of the light blue layer.
